The last 10 minutes made up for the whole episode. It was an episode with not much 'excitement' but there was a lot of 'drama'. Which overall wasn't bad. Bill left I WANT BILL!!! Putting Nadia in charge? Wasn't she somewhere a lot lower on the food chain? I didn't like the look on Milo's face when she announced that she was in charge of CTU... I have a feeling that something will happen there. Milo is not a happy camper Chloe/Morris, not bad, but not great either. It really was a scene that was a 'filler' if I ever so one. The scenes between Jack and Audrey were awesome. I 'felt' for both of them. Their acting was so real. The randy VP really made me want to throw up... * shivers * . But that's politics, and I'm sure it's not all that far from the truth But enough of the 'bad' guy getting away already!!!!

I liked this episode, like you said not much action but some good drama.
The final scene with Jack and Audrey was acted out really well, Audrey seems very messed up.
I thought that Nadia was lower on the chain also, but I guess she's only temporary.
Looks like Morris won't be getting his transfer now, and the scenes between him and chloe were filler like you said.
Decent episode, 7/10

- Nadia becoming Head of CTU? Ridiculous. The girl is like 20 years old and 10 hours ago she was being tortured for potentially being a mole. That was too much. - Everything involving the White House was just weak. Daniels and whoever that girl is? Gross behind belief. I hope that she either gets hit by a car on her way to "get a change of clothes" or she just takes like 7 hours and we never see her again. The stuff with Karen and Bill was very weak and unecessary as well. - I was glad that Chloe and Morris were back in the spotlight again, after being such background characters for half the season. However I wasn't very happy with the terms that they were brought in on. "Look, Morris can be funny and make wisecracks about Chloe being insufficent at her job. BUT WAIT. Now Chloe's just a big *beep* because she unsurprisingly brought up the fact that if it wasn't for Morris, none of this would be happening right now. HAHA, THAT'S OUR CHLOE! Aw, now Morris is sad." Just ridiculous. - However I did love the action with Jack's storyline. All of the dialogue between him and Cheng was sharp and the action during the last 10 minutes was very intense. I love Doyle so much. The Audrey being a loon was also way too melodramatic for me. Sure, it was sad, but it was way too much for me to really feel sympathetic towards her. Kim Raver isn't that great of an actor.

Kim Raver is a decent actress, but I wish they would have just kept her dead. I liked it better that way....
And yeah, Nadia shouldn't have been made temporary head of CTU, i thought maybe Milo or even Chloe would become that.

It should have been Chloe or Morris, but when it happened I realized how incredibly young and inexperienced the entire staff of CTU was. Bill was really the only person there over 45.
I've never seen Kim Raver deliver any kind of a good performance. She's mediocre in 24. Granted, I don't think anyone could be believable with the writing that she got this episode. Yeah, I also really wish she would have stayed dead.

I have to disagree with you, Kim Raver's 'acting', it was good and believable. She played the traumatised victim very well.
I like Audrey alive. Having her dead would be just much to much for Jack to handle... he'd lose it. She's was the only stable thing he had in his life .... the only problem is that she is no longer stable herself.
I have to agree in regards to head of CTU. Wasn't Milo giving orders to Nadia earlier on? From what I could tell, Milo was the next in command. What the hell happened?

I'm glad you like Doyle. I have a feeling he'll be replacing Jack as the main character in season 8 or 9... Just a hunch.
BTW, is it just me, or are the characters this season a bit two-dimensional? I mean, the president has trouble with one terrorist, so he frees 110 others? And doesn't Jack seem a little 'perky' after 20 months of torture? And no remorse about his brother at all? I don't know, it just seems a bit cobbled together this season...
