Well, he hasn't done a lot of standout movies...but that's not important. What matters is that he directed the majority of the first season of 24, and proved that he has more style than Jon Cassar, Brad Turner, or any other director currently working on the show.
I don't care about the yet undisclosed reason for which he left. He must return.
