This one was a tough one, but I have to go with Tony rushing in to save Jack. It was another one of those classic "How is he going to get out of this one?" moments, and the answer was spectacular. The return of the one of the greatest 24 characters was made so much better by him rescuing Jack. Classic.

I went with the "Air Force One" thing, but my favorite moment from the entire season is not listed up there: the explosive kidnapping of Heller and Audrey. Shame that S4 started off so insanely and went down the toilet halfway through.

Yeah I had a hard time deciding whether to put that up there, or Edgar stopping the meltdowns. Obviously, I decided on the latter.

Jack holds up a gas station - no words needed, that was just amazing.

I loved that part as well. My second favorite of the season. Another one of the "What is Jack going to do to work this out?" moments. I love how he just gets more and more extreme hour after hour. In Day 5 when he hijacked the plane, that was one of the greatest scenes ever just because of how extreme it is.

Yeah i agree with you on the day 5 thing, that was almost better than him holding up the gas station.

I agree. I liked the gas station holdup better because it went from Jack being at the truck, to him pulling down the ski mask and breaking in in a split second, whereas you could see the hijacking coming a mile away.

yeah. it's like once Jack pulled up to the gas station, you could figure out what he was gonna do, but the hijacking was obvious because he had to get the recording.

One scene, one man, one phrase;
'The football is in my possession!! REPEAT! THE FOOTBALL IS IN MY POSSESSION'
