Apparently, rather than just replacing swear words with "*beep*", the proboards system is having a little fun with with its censoring. In case anyone's curious, the following is a list of the automatic "translations" that occur when you type in something bad enough.
Tell me if I missed any. (ATTENTION: SHIELD YOUR EYES NOW IF YOU DON'T ENJOY HEARING OR READING CUSS WORDS!)

I'm going to remark on some of the crazy ones. Thingy is really lame, in my opinion. That just takes away all seriousness that you might have. *beep* being turned into pregnant dog is utterly hilarious, as is *beep* being turned into not a very nice person. *beep* turning to nuts is really out there. Those two don't have a remotely similar meaning.

Ah, nuts. Everything I just said was changed haha. Now I just look like a retard. Admin, I appreciate you turning it to beep, because that will make everything less confusing, and hopefully keep the impression that the poster is trying to make, if they have to resort to a cuss word.

Yeah, i didn't realize how silly some of these were. You should have seen the list of the default censors. Most of them are changed to *beep* now or *beeping* depending on what tense it's in. Just know that I'm not the one who made the default list lol.

Yeah I agree. The proboards code of conduct is really strick too, and they say in it they don't want any profanity. The weird thing is the censors list though, becuase some of the translations still give a sense of profanity, rather than just putting *beep*.

Yeah because if they put pregnant dog, everyone knows what the person is really saying. So, it doesn't really hide the use of profanity there.

Yeah. And some people might not even understand what a person is referring too with "pregnant dog" so it loses the profanity, but the reader can't understand what the message is.
